How Long Will It Take?

The check-in process typically takes about 10 minutes, so plan accordingly to ensure you have enough time to complete all necessary steps without feeling rushed.

Step 1: Arrive with Your Dog on a Leash

When you arrive, please bring your dog in on a collar and leash. This helps ensure their safety and allows us to smoothly transition them into our care.

Step 2: Bring in Your Dog’s Belongings

After checking in, you’ll bring in any belongings your dog will need during their stay. This might include:

• Food (dry or wet)
• Treats (in original packaging)
• Blankets and toys (as outlined in our boarding guidelines)
• Medications, supplements, or vitamins (if applicable–see our Medication Rules for more info)

Step 3: Review Feeding and Medication Instructions

Our front desk staff will go over your dog’s feeding schedule and any medication instructions. Be prepared to provide:

• Exact measurements for meals (e.g., "1 cup per meal")

This ensures we have accurate information to provide consistent care throughout your dog’s stay.
