Puppy Beginner Obedience
Bringing home a new puppy can be filled with tons of excitement and happiness, but it also comes with many challenges!
To help our new puppy owners get through the common challenges of owning a puppy, we have designed our Puppy Beginner Obedience course to focus on the specific skills a young dog needs to offer a solid start to the rest of their adult lives.
This course is specifically designed for dogs with shorter attention spans, with a strong focus on socialization and proper handling. Your dog will learn practical commands such as heel, sit, down, stay, and come. Along with skills focused on developing a social and confident dog such as working around distractions, encountering new and scary objects, and being handled for grooming and vet appointments.
This course isn’t just for dogs! Owners will learn proper leash handling, tools for success, and how to properly communicate to their puppy in a very black and white approach. No more asking twenty times to simply be told "Talk to the paw!"
This course requires a 3-dog minimum per course and will be limited in size due to COVID-19 guidelines set by the state. Spots will fill up fast!
