What does my dog’s day look like while boarding?
Starting at about 5:30am your dogs will get walked about every 2-3 hours during the day and they have their last walk around 9:30pm. We walk all dogs on leash in our back yard surrounded by fencing. We can feed 3 times a day if needed starting at around 6am and the last meal around 7pm.

If your dog has passed the daycare evaluation, then they will be able to participate in our daycare group during the day if capacity limits have not been reached, at no extra cost! For more information on daycare click here.

Bedtime is after all walks have been completed and we turn the lights off to help all the dogs sleep and it gets quiet at night. We are staffed 24/7 so there is always someone at the facility watching over everybody.
Will my dog(s) be able to play in daycare while boarding?

How should I prepare my dog'S meals?
We recommend that you bring your own dog food to keep them on their normal diet to avoid upset stomachs. But if needed we can provide them with “Kennel Food” for $2.50 per meal.

When preparing your dog’s food please make sure to bring enough for their whole stay. We also recommend bringing extra food in case of delays or if your dog starts burning more calories.

The front desk will ask you what your feeding instructions are at drop off and have them written down in our system. We do use our own measuring cups for meals so please have the measurements ready to tell us.

Dry food: We recommend that you bring your dog’s whole bag/container of dry food, but you are more than welcome to premeasure your dog’s food into Ziplocs per meal.

Wet Food: We do have a couple fridges/freezers throughout the facility so wet food is anything that needs to stay cold. Bring wet food either in a can, Ziploc or plastic container. We do not accept glass containers. We do not accept raw meats.

Treats: You’re more than welcome to bring 1-3 treats and we will provide these during meals. We ask that you bring treats in their original packaging.
Do you accept medication, supplements, or vitamins?
Yes! But we do not accept liquids or injections.

There is a $5 daily administration fee for medication, supplements and Vitamins.

These must stay in their original packaging/bottles. Do NOT place any of these in your dog’s food. If we notice any of these in your dog’s food, they will be removed.

We must know what is being given to your dog, so we are prepared for any medical emergencies. We take this very seriously and have a system in place to ensure these are given to your dog properly while in our care.
I have more than one dog, can they stay together?
Yes! We have rooms of varying sizes to accommodate all families. Our typical standard room is 5 X 6. But we have larger rooms starting at 9x9 up to 5x11. The overnight price only changes depending on how many dogs are in one room. The price does NOT change based on the room’s dimensions.
Can I tour the Facility?
Yes! You are more than welcome to tour our facility and talk to the staff in person. We always want to make you feel welcome and build a relationship with each client and their furry family members. We have windows that we can show you the facility through, but we cannot allow you all the way in the facility due to insurance restrictions and the safety of everyone and their dogs.
What Can I Expect during the boarding check-in process?
The check-in process should take about 10 minutes of your time. When dropping off your dogs please bring them in on a collar and leash. You can then bring in your belongings and we will go over your feeding and medication instructions.
Please let us know of any allergies, injuries, new behaviors or any medical conditions. Also, double check that we have your correct phone numbers and a reliable emergency contact.
